APVisuals Assists Client to Obtain $46 Million Dollar Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case
APVisuals recently assisted the Ratzan Law Firm in a suit against OB/Gyn and hospital in Medical Malpractice Case in Camden, Arkansas. Ratzan's client claimed that the Defendant's failure to manage and treat newborn jaundice in a newborn baby led to the development of kernicterus in the baby's brain. After a two week trial, an Arkansas jury awarded the Plaintiff $46.5 million in compensatory damages. THIS WAS ONE OF THE LARGEST IF NOT THE LARGEST VERDICTS IN ARKANSAS FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE.
APVisuals provided professional and full trial support on location in Arkansas. APVisuals created an interactive multimedia presentation for use in mediation outlining facts, damages, potential jury verdicts. The presentation combined video, computer graphics, bulleted facts, photographs, and documents all in one package. APVisuals also assisted with the rental and set up of all AV equipment.
