erberg Reboso & Spier, P.A.'s Charles H. Baumberger. Baumberger's client claimed that he suffered a brain injury due to the Defendant's failure to rush him to hispital while suffering a blockage. After a one week trial, a Jacksonville jury awarded the Plaintiff $2.1 million in compensatory damages.
