TRIAL TIP - DO NOT rely on the Courthouse Wireless Network

When many litigators go to trial, they rely on the courthouse wireless network for internet, wi-fe, etc. DO NOT DO IT. Always have a back up plan and/or network. While sitting as a hotseat operator last week in Miami-Dade the wireless network went down. Fortunately for our client, APVisuals always brings a MiFi (mobile hotspot device) to make sure that courtroom presentation(s) and evidence presentation(s) runs smoothly. Although opposing counsel was unable to reach into their cloud to obtain documents and a video deposition, our client was able to retrieve all needed documents.
